Founding Partner of Synergy Advisors and currently also serving as General Manager of Delco Servicios y Construcciones SAS, a position she has held since August 2007. With more than 24 years of experience in sectors such as industry, heavy machinery, floriculture, freight transport, services and business consulting, Alexandra has led companies towards growth and innovation.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Strategic Planning. His academic training, his ability to develop effective business strategies and his experience directly leading insolvency processes in companies have been key to the success of Synergy Advisors, especially in corporate insolvency and accounting management processes.
Jairo Sánchez Martínez
Founding Partner, Synergy Advisors
Supply chain expert with years of logistics experience. It ventures into Consulting with the aim of helping companies and startups to use their supply chain as a competitive lever. It supports critical processes such as demand planning, storage, transportation and inventory management.
MBA in Supply Chain and Procurement Management, he is a Specialist in Telematics from the Universidad de los Andes. With trilingual proficiency (Spanish, English, Portuguese) and more than 24 years of experience in multinational and national companies, Jairo has demonstrated his ability to lead, plan and execute supply chains in Latin America.
Throughout his career, Jairo has held positions such as Logistics Manager for Latam and the Caribbean, Director of Operations and Projects, Supply Chain Manager and Commercial Manager for Colombia and Ecuador. His experience and knowledge are a valuable asset for Synergy Advisors.
